Processors contact us frequently to inquire about joining our marketplace, but we only select the ones that meet our standards. In fact, we've turned away some of the biggest names in the industry.
You only work with processors that we would use (and we have)
If a processor isn't good enough for us, they're not good enough for you. The only processors in our marketplace are those that we would use for CardFellow. In fact, we have used at least one of the processors that you will get quote from.
Processors have to pass our background check
We only accept registered processors with a proven track record. We use proprietary and third-party services to ensure the processors we work with have maintained an ongoing commitment to service and honest, competitive pricing.
Processors have to agree to our guidelines
After passing our background check, processors must sign a binding agreement with CardFellow that dictates what must and can't be done in our marketplace. For example, processors:
- Are only allowed to quote interchange plus pricing
- Can't charge cancellation fees
- Can't lease equipment
- Can't raise rates for as long as you process with them
- ...and other proprietary stipulations that protect your business
Processors must continue to perform
It's not enough to offer low rates up front. We periodically check with businesses that have used CardFellow to ensure that processors continue to offer exceptional service, and that rates and fees haven't changed.
