We knew we were overpaying, but could not see exactly where the excess charges were coming from. In shopping around for a new processor, we were bombarded with high pressure phone calls and we were presented with contracts that did not match the sales pitch. For the most part, the sales people apparently had no idea what the contract they were asking us to sign was actually saying.
