Now a Division of EVO Payments

Encore Payment Systems is now a division of EVO Payments. We haven’t seen many statements from Encore, but what we have seen has shown a tendency toward bundled surcharge pricing. The back-end processor is Global Payments, which also has a tendency to overcharge assessments.
