Avoid at all costs. Likewise to the many other reviews from small business owners with awful experiences - they randomly canceled my account.

Where can I start? This service is awful and the customer service is even worse. If you have a problem, which I had many, you would have to contact 10 different departments to get any answers. The initial promotion is nothing but a scam.

Horrible customer service. Was randomly notified that my account was being terminated. No warning or anything. They cost me thousands of dollars.

Terrible customer service. Poor quality machines - refurbished unless you pay for a new one. I am paying hundreds in fees to you monthly. The least you can do is give me a machine that works. I have had to replace machines 3 times in 6 months. No phone or online trouble shooting - just send a “new” machine that might be more messed up than the last one.

On 1/26/2021 Chase Paymentech suddenly and without any previous notification or warning sent me an email that said "We will stop processing your payments on 01/26/2021." I did not for 3 years of using them ever have any problems or any concerns with them. We are in the middle of the COVID-19 Epidemic, and like all other businesses, sales have been way down because of it. They told me we do not need any reason and can close your account at any time!

This company is corrupt beyond measure. Little to no service. My equipment has not worked for days and I can't even reach a human over the phone. So, I have literally opened a new account to prevent them from dipping in and stealing anymore.

After 3 years, Chase terminated our account, added us to blacklist, and froze our money because we had what they considered high refunds and chargebacks despite 99% of them being fraud we caught. We went with Paypal and they haven't held refund and chargeback metrics against us and they provided us $100K of working capital even. If you are considering processors, go with Paypal since they will give you money versus taking your money and they will work with you instead of against you.

Scam alert! I had been using Chase payment Tech for 3 years. During that time they had experienced what they called funding delays at least 6 times. Which means when they tell you that you will have your money the next day it doesn't happen. They are unreliable when it comes to depositing your funds on time. Additionally I had a larger than normal deposit during a busy time of the year and they held it up for 7 days so they could verify the transactions. This processing company is a joke. Stay away from them.

I've been with Chase Paymentech for years ever since I opened my account and this month they decided to terminate my account for no reason. Contacted all the way up to a supervisor to know why it was terminated all of a sudden and they kept saying that in the agreement I signed they could terminate at anytime. Nobody from any department was able to give me the reason why. They just kept repeating like a robot saying it was a business decision. If a business decision for them is to lose loyal customers for no reason, I don't know why anyone would work with them.

We've reviewed a lot of information from Chase Paymentech over the years in the form of statements, applications, and quotes. There isn't exactly stiff competition with the likes of Wells Fargo and Bank of America as competitors, but it's been our experience that Chase is the best of the big banks. It's statements are easy to read, and it doesn't engage in many of the pricing tricks used by its big bank competitors.
