If you do not agree to these terms, you may not visit, use, or access the Site. Merchants that use the Site are also governed by the Terms of Use (“TOU”) (www.CardFellow.com/terms-of-use) governing use of CardFellow’s Services. If there is any conflict between the following terms and the TOU, the provisions of the TOU shall govern.
Quotes
CardFellow is not a credit card processor and does not dictate the pricing offered by processors through its marketplace.
Each processor sets its own pricing and terms that it offers through the CardFellow marketplace. CardFellow requires processors to fully-disclose all pricing and terms, but it cannot guarantee a processor does so.
CardFellow makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever as to the accuracy of pricing, terms of service, or cost estimates associated with quotes.
Cost Calculators
Our Web site utilizes calculators that assist you by estimating how much a provider's quote will cost based on the business details you provide when signing up. While our software is comprehensive, credit card processing costs are based on many variables, and the results of our calculators will not be 100% accurate all the time. Calculator results should be interpreted as a general prediction of cost, not as an exact measure.
Cost
Our services are offered to you free of charge. We generate income through a small commission from the processor whose services you choose to use.
Good Faith
You are under no obligation to select a credit card processor through CardFellow. But you may only use our service if you are actively searching for credit card processing services for a legitimate business. Creating an account for any other reason interferes with our ability to offer services to genuine visitors.
If you use this site as a competitor or other industry professional, with no direct need for credit card processing services, CardFellow reserves the right to seek damages for interference with our service or for any other available claim.
Therefore, do not create an account if you are an industry professional or competitor curious about our service.
Your Information
Control
You control which processor has access to your identifiable information (phone number, address, business name, etc.) by choosing a quote. Prior to you accepting a quote, processors can only view general information pertinent to formulating offers. The only processor that is able to view your identifiable information is the processor whose quote you accept.
Contact methods
Processors can't see your identifiable information and will not contact you outside of CardFellow's on-site message board. You will not receive sales calls and emails from processors as a result of using our service.
CardFellow Contact
Part of the service we offer is guidance to help you understand credit card processing costs, and the quotes that you receive. By creating an account, you are giving us permission to contact you via telephone, email or both to offer this portion of the service.
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously and have safeguards in place to ensure the security of your information. In addition to these terms, please see our Privacy Policy for more about our privacy procedures and how information is handled.
General
You agree not to: (a) dissemble, decompile or reverse engineer any Proprietary Information, (b) attempt any unauthorized access to or compilation of Proprietary Information, and (c) duplicate or reproduce any Proprietary Information; (d) use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Web site for any purpose without our express written permission; (e) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (other than content you have submitted to the Web site) from the Web site without the prior express written permission of CardFellow and the appropriate third party, as applicable; (f) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site or any subparts of the Site.
