absolute scam of a company. I inquired about using them, never used or even received a reader yet they started billing and continued to bill me. I call in many times to get it to stop and got "yes we will stop" and yet the billings continued. I eventually had to put in a stop order with bank. Total scam company. Caveat emptor

Dawn [removed] was the most pleasant and patient customer service representative I believe I’ve ever had the pleasure of helping me. She was calm and cheerful the entire time she was solving my crazy issues. I hope I never need to use her services in the future, however, if I do I know she will make the experience a good one! 10 stars for Dawn!!!

Thankfully I only gave this company a chance on a new venture, and did not switch my main business to them. It was a test. Merchant one failed miserably! Promises are easy to make, but this outfit was unable to deliver on many fronts. Worst ever!! I took a chance. The low fees sounded promising, but from the start they added fees that the salesman did not disclose.

My company is a current customer but in the process of replacing them. We went through underwriting, were onboarded, but it became apparent that they were trying to sell our account to a different company, and we were ignored. They wanted us to sign different contracts, all while assuring us that nothing would change. Our account manager never returned communications and even the director ignored our requests for communication. And yet they keep collecting fees.

Worst company to deal with ever. Got stuck with a hidden charge which was never mentioned before, would not reverse it so closed account and moved on and was charged again for another month since by the time I had found out about the first charge we were in the middle a second month ($72 charge). Considering taking them to court just for the satisfaction, will cost me more but for now need to let other people know that they need to avoid this company at all cost.

Worst company ever, I have been in business for 30 plus years with many business types. Merchant One is far the worst in service and telling you the truth. I can go on and on and on and on but I wont.

Hands down the worst experience I have had with a company. The hidden fees and below poor customer service have been beyond painful. Here we are over a year later and I regret not leaving sooner.

The lowest rates & fastest service. I was up and running within a day and they walked me through the entire set up. They also gave me a mobile card reader that I can take tap to pay cards, so I don't have to touch people's cards!

I needed a refund on an accidental double charge, and the Merchant One customer service person was super helpful and got my issue fixed.
