Our experience with CardFellow and PayHub has been nothing but extremely positive. After months of considering a switch from the processor we were using, I finally decided to contact CardFellow. I had worried that the hassle of changing processors would not be worth the savings, and I could never be sure there would be any savings in the first place. Even during the process of dealing with CardFellow and PayHub, I kept waiting for the "catch" or fees that weren't properly disclosed, but there was none of this. Ben at CardFellow took the time to explain how credit card processing fees are calculated and showed me exactly how much I would save by going with PayHub. Once PayHub was given my information, the application process was quick and easy and the transition to having PayHub process our credit transactions was completed in a matter of days. Our rep Steve Arduini walked us through each step and was available immediately by phone or email with any questions we had. PayHub could reprogram our existing equipment, which saved us the expense of buying new terminals. Besides the great customer service we have received from PayHub, the savings of 40% are just as promised. After nearly 2 months of using PayHub, I can honestly say there were no negatives about switching to them. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the savings are real. Do not hesitate to make the switch to PayHub.

Very responsive, transparent statements are sent out quickly and I'm getting significantly lower rates than with my former payment processor. They even give me no charge quarterly reviews of the payment processor to ensure I'm getting the highest savings possible.
