Have had Payhub for about 4 months. Everything is good. The only issue I've had was getting the batch outs to all batch together on the same day. Debits were batching separately and on a different day than everything else and made the first couple of statements a nightmare to reconcile.

I've been very impressed with the responses I've received from PayHub on questions I have had. When I first started with them, their statement wasn't in a format that showed the various fees. They were able to change my statement to be more transparent. They also sent me some detail so I could better understand some of our charges.

We had been using PayPal for our payment processing, but were ready for something more professional. I was surprised (and somewhat skeptical) to see that PayHub offered lower pricing than PayPal. The setup process was reasonable, and Steve was very helpful in answering our questions and in getting the account activated as quickly as possible. I wanted to wait to write a review until we'd been using them a while / been through a billing cycle. We've been using PayHub for a month now, and we really haven't had to think about Pay Hub during that time... which is exactly what we want from a payment processor! We've had no payments not go through, and no complaints from our customers, and after reviewing our statement from month one, our fees were actually slightly below what was quoted. (I had Steve walk me through the statement just to be sure I was reading it right). So in summary, I'd say PayHub has met our needs, been priced as advertised (slightly better, actually), and Steve has been very responsive and easy to work with. So far, we are very happy that we chose PayHub!

I am a small business owner for over 25 years. I advise those of you looking to reduce your credit card fees to give Payhub a try. I was hesitant because of the numerous people over the years who had promised to save me money. Payhub has significantly reduced my charges and delivered on their promises. The service was exceptional! Get the evaluation. Do the math. Go with it.
