Our experience thus far with PayHub has been excellent. We have been working with PayHub for approximately one month. I had held off on posting a review until I saw our first billing statement. We are on track to lower our payment processing fees by approximately 60-70%. I wish I had known about CardFellow and PayHub years ago. I would highly recommend PayHub to any prospective customers. The billing is transparent, the savings are real, and the customer service has been top-notch. It has been great working with Steve. From the moment Steve at PayHub first got in touch after the quotes were generated, he was helpful, attentive, never pushy, patient, accommodating, and always had the answers. Switching providers was a daunting task but service like what I have received from Steve and PayHub have made it an easy and worthwhile experience. Steve Arduini at Payhub helped me through every step of the application and set up of my new merchant account, making switching a snap. He continues to be extremely responsive, sometimes answering emails within minutes. But here's the bottom line: because I found CardFellow, was educated about merchant processing by Ben Dwyer, and switched to Payhub, my effect rate dropped from 3.4% to 2.5%, which for me means another $2500-$3000/year in profit. If you're thinking about switching to a CardFellow-recommended merchant processor, stop thinking about it and do it - now - and start saving money.

I did a LOT of research on credit card processors outside CardFellow and within their system. I found CardFellow to be indispensable in helping me find the best rates/fees. PayHub had the best terms for my business but there were quite a few that were very close. I will definitely refer both CardFellow and PayHub.
