After I stopped looking at my statements for a few months, I discovered new monthly fees had been added, to the tune of about $42/month. Fees included ridiculous things like "enhanced customer portal" and "PCI+". I cancelled.

Since we have a vaping business we struggled to get an online processor, and were introduced to Faviola who helped us immensely. She walked us through the whole process from start to finish and made sure that we were always informed of what was happening. We couldn't thank her enough for all of her help!
