You’ll also need compatible hardware, but you’re not required to use a specific system - it integrates with a number of POS systems already on the market, including Breadcrumb, Aloha, and Micros. The company also offers a mobile app, which works with Apple devices.

It includes the mobile app, a basic customer database, server performance measurement, daily digest reporting, and reputation evaluation. The plan is designed for up to five users with phone and email support for US customers. Core includes remote installation.
Pro is $249 per month per location, and includes every Core feature. In addition, you’ll be able to use the shift prep function, sales analytics, a customizable guest database, table management integration, void and comp tracking, menu optimization, and a loyalty program. The Pro plan offers 24/7/365 customer support, and an unlimited number of users can utilize it.
Executive is $499 per month per location. It includes every Pro feature, plus guest geography and economic profiling, email marketing integration, fraud alerts, custom loyalty programs, and on-site tech support.
Enterprise is designed for large restaurant groups with 50 to over 500 locations. This pricing plan includes every Executive feature. In addition, there’s a single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and customized integrations.
The cost of the software is in addition to the costs of purchasing hardware (if needed) and your credit card processing fees.
