We've seen mixed statements from Alpha Card Services where the back-end processor has been First Data or Global Payments. Alpha Card focuses on recruiting and maintaining a network of independent sales organizations (ISO) and affiliates to resell its services, so the pricing and service a business receives will largely be dictated by the individual reseller.
