We have had terrible service and were forced to change out our machine and got charged for it. We can't get deposits next day. Sometimes it takes 3 days. This has been going on for 3 months now. We have no satisfaction as to when this will be resolved and were told it's because the banking system in the US is changing.

We're happy to see that Bankcard Services utilizes interchange plus pricing for transparency. The company is also very quick to respond to questions.
