Due has no customer support by phone, which is already a red flag. I have used it to create and track invoices and the system is very user friendly, especially with recurring payments (except it says the user can set up auto-payments, but my clients have not been able to get this to work yet). We are talking about money here. For the last few months I have not been able to receive any payments and have not been able to contact or receive support from the ticketing system. I have been messaging them in the support page going on 5 days now and still have not received any type of support or response.

After entering in all of our company and financial information we received a very disappointing and unprofessional response from DUE that we didn't qualify and they wouldn't say why. They also hid behind "security" and "proprietary" reasons why they couldn't divulge the reason for our rejection. Which is ridiculous. See below: From: Bryan (Due) Mar 7, 12:16 PM PST "Unfortunately we cannot approve this account to process payments with Due. We take every account on a case by case basis and our review checks are all proprietary. That being said, we cannot disclose any information on our decision for security purposes. Please note that you can still use our other products such as invoicing via PayPal, Cash, or Check and our projects feature. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best of luck in search for an alternative payment processor. Thanks. Due Customer Success a Due, Inc. Company" We are healthy ISP, VoIP Phone Service Provider, and IT consulting firm, in good financial standing. I don't know what reason besides some size threshold that they would make a decision that we aren't "qualified" and not let us know why. If there is a size threshold, they should state that up front. It wasted our time in going through the process of setting up an account and entering the information they required. We thought it looked like the secure, flexible, easy to manage site where we could process our customers recurring payments, but if this is the way they do business, I'm glad we didn't get too far down the road with using them.
