It’s always a pleasure contacting Fidelity and the main reason is my agent - Sara Feder. One of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever worked with. Knowledgeable, eager to help, super fast responder, always follows up to verify our satisfaction and completion of issues. Sara is an asset to Fidelity and one of the main reason we stick with them and don’t even consider the competition. Keep up the great work!

Fidelity Payment Services puts a lot of emphasis on its service and expertise in addition to transparent pricing. We haven't had the chance to review many statements from Fidelity Payment Services, which is often a good indicator that its client base is generally satisfied and not shopping for another processor.
