Fees went up after 2 years. Customer service is outsourced and does not provide good help. I attempted to change my payment processing from dial-up to internet but spent 3 hours with phone support and was unsuccessful. Our transaction time from swiping to processing the transaction into a receipt takes 3 minutes. They wanted to charge us to get our statements mailed. I'm not sure if this is standard practice or not. I've been recommended to switch to a more competitive processor.

During the holidays trying to stay in touch was much easier than I had planned. We are nearing completion of the application process. Rates are normal, nothing spectacular. We have not begun to use the service yet, but so far the process has been simple.
