Fiserv Review

I signed up for 4 years contract with first data ( now fiserv) and they covertly made me sign 6 years contract for the rental. Are you kidding? Why would I need 2 years extra rental when the contract is over? Not only that, they have so many hidden fees. Don't be fooled by their percentage rates. It's a big lie and they are still going to charge you for hidden fees you don't even know what you are paying for. Never sign up with First data or Fiserv

Everything everyone says is true. I have never had to deal with such poor customer service before. Every time you call you will be waiting an hour. No one solves any issues, they bounce you around and waste your time.

I work for a Point-of-Sale company for restaurants and bars. We use Fiserv to process our clients' payments, and every few weeks Fiserv breaks down during busy weekend shifts. The clients are screwed. They have lost thousands and neither Fiserv nor my employer will do anything about it.

First data is the worst on the planet.

They will ripped you off. We are being charged about 7% fee for credit card transaction. And you will never get any customer service over the phone because they will just hold you off , and transferred, wait on hold, again and again.

First Data is a nightmare with no accountability. It appears as though they are opposed to us being a successful black-owned business from a conversation had with one of their Risk Management agents who took pride in stopping our money form being processed while saying really racist things to us. This entire experience with First Data has been belittling and it saddens me that there is no accountability for this company's behavior other than to report it to other prospective customers.

Rates aren't the best and always creep up if you do not request yearly reviews. But their failing is in their automated service line, it is terrible. When you finally speak to someone, good luck if they disconnect you, You have to jump through all those hoops again. My advice; take your business elsewhere.

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever been in contact with. Their prices are the highest in the entire industry. the costumers service is awful. Expect to wait at least twice the estimated wait time when calling in. Do not waste your time with having them hold your place in line with a call back number. You will wait longer than the original estimated wait time. overall First Data is a trash company.

Worst processor ever!

Terrible City merchant service provided by FDMS Corp. Rip-off for the customers! One thing they do good is sign you up to get your money. After that they have no HELP.
