Just reviewed my first month's processing statement and my overall fees were a full percent less than my prior "discount" processor. All is good, and deposits are prompt. Am happy with our decision to switch.

I have been with GDpay for about a year. I haven't had any issues. Craig & Kevin Yox answered all of my questions right away. I sent an email Sunday morning asking about additional capabilities on the Orbital gateway and they emailed a response and had the options I wanted turned on within 45 minutes. I submitted an application on 8/25 and was set up on 8/28. I was charged $7.95 for August even though I only had their service for a few days. I never asked for my money back, but when I mentioned this in a review, I received a phone call within one hour apologizing and offering to refund the money. I have only positive things to say. I would highly recommend.

Rates and fees are as advertised. We saved money. However, the mobile swiper solution by eprocessingnetwork is unreliable.

We are very happy with the fees we are paying through GDpay versus our old company. Everyone we have dealt with is very polite and professional. They now offer a 1-800 number which has helped us since we have some people working out of home offices.

I'm very happy we used CardFellow and found GDpay. The rates are great, and Kevin and Craig were both very helpful in getting us up and running even when we pushed to get ApplePay working for us ahead of schedule. The online interface for reporting isn't very user-friendly, but it's not something I've found myself needing to use often, and with their excellent customer service I'm sure they could walk me through any issues if I got stuck.

July 2015 - Two years after signing up with this company and they are still delivering exactly what they promised. No surprises and no unexpected changes. Consistency and integrity breeds loyalty! July 2014 - Consistency is greatly appreciated. No surprises with this company. Everything is still as they promised, even after one full year of doing business with them! January 2014 - These guys are amazing and personable. I have had a couple seemingly insignificant questions but they treated them as extremely important and urgent issues requiring immediate resolution. I wish more companies had this attitude. A true pleasure to work with!
