Unlike general web reviews, verified reviews are posted by businesses that have chosen the processor's quote through CardFellow's marketplace, and CardFellow has confirmed with the processor that the business is using its service. Businesses can update verified reviews at any time to ensure the review accurately reflects the processor's performance over time.

I have waited a year to post comments so my review would be based on actual performance. I have been extremely happy with GDPay, as well as the processing gateway they use from eProcessingNetwork (ePN). Things have worked exactly as promised and service has been prompt on the few occasions we have needed help. I recommend them highly. During the sales process, Kevin provided direct, factual answers to questions without sales hype. This is what sold me on GDPay once I knew their configuration would met our needs. My experience with other processors left me feeling uneasy and not sure how things would really work. They are part of the Chase PaymentTech network, so the service is reliable and secure. Functionality: Integration with Quickbooks was a major selection criteria. ePN has an add-on product that automatically launches during Quickbooks payment-related transactions. This saves us significant duplicate effort. My only criticism is the lack of visibility to current day transactions that are run through the Quickbooks add-on. These transactions can not be reviewed until after the dayend batch. We use the ePN portal for reporting, so I can not speak to other gateway-based functionality. Overall, the configuration meets our needs and works without a fuss. Cost: GDPay's rates have saved us a considerable amount of money; roughly .75% better than our previous bignameprocessor. We process a relatively low volume and a portion of GDPay fees are fixed. The higher the volume, the more you save. The monthly reports list the myriad of interchange fees and assessments with a separate section for GDPay fees. This makes it easy to see how the costs build up and to track back to the CardFellow proposal. The ePN Quickbooks integration add-on is a separate cost and a nominal amount per month.

It's great to know that someone who really knows the credit card business is watching out for my best interest. Also knowing that I am getting the best price I could possibly get any where which also saves me time not having to shop around for the best price. Thanks again, Alan Conkling

I love being able to talk directly with the owner if I have to call - which isn't very often anyway.

Initially, it took 5-7 days for funds to post to my bank account. Just this week I am seeing a 2 day turnaround. It would be nice if the bank posting stated which batch was posting. Often my charges are the same amount from day-to-day and reconciling can be difficult when all the credits come through with a generic identification.

Best credit card processor I have used in twenty years of business. Zero issues!

Transitioning from our old merchant account provider to GDPay was made seamless, and despite being tardy in furnishing certain bits of information to them they were able to get us up and running within days. I appreciated the quick response time on inquiries, and the suite of features they were able to offer. I'm definitely saving money, and just as importantly I'm able to manage and integrate my payment processing easily into my accounting software. I pay less now, and am given the tools to do more.

Excellent rates and service by Kevin Yox and GDpay. I have had a few glitches with the Dejavoo terminal. On occasion a card when swiped will crash the software, but it can be re-booted and works ok.
