iPayment is an exceptionally large independent sales organization (ISO) that's been around for a long time. It sells its processing services through virtually every channel possible, including through large sub-ISO, such as Flagship Merchant Services. The more sales channels a merchant service provider utilizes, the more its service tends to suffer, which is the case with iPayment. Like all processors, pricing and terms are set on a per-case basis. Businesses that know the right questions to ask can get a fair deal through one of iPayments many sales channels, but those that don't will likely get quite the opposite.
