Rates as promised. Streamlined statements are easily understandable. Far exceeds prior credit card processing services through competitors with traditional bucket models. I dealt with Tammy, and she was fast and professional every time.

At first I was skeptical that I would be receiving the rates quoted since I had been burned by so many merchant processors in the past, but Netcom has done exactly what they say they would, and have saved me about $100-$150 a month! Whenever I've had a question they've been extremely quick to reply with a helpful answer, the statements they provide are easy to read and show exactly what I'm paying each month, and overall I couldn't be happier with switching to their company. Also, thank you CardFellow for providing such a crucial service!
