We have been processing with Netcom PaySystem for about 6 weeks. Our fees for the 1st month were half what our former processer was charging. I have received prompt reply's to my emailed questions. All funds have been received in our account the next business day as promised. Update: We have now been with this processor for 2 years. They have not increased our rates. The service has been excellent the few times I have had a problem. Thank you to Netcom PaySystem and CardFellow.

We 100% recommend Netcom and especially Tammy who will take care of you. There is a reason that she's been with the company for 18 years--she's fabulous! We are just a husband/wife business and our total per month processed is less than $15K--sometimes a lot less--yet we always get VIP treatment from Tammy. We've been with them for 7 years, and we're completely satisfied!

Great service and even better pricing. Credit card salesman would try to convince me to switch but when they saw my statement, they shook their head and admitted they couldn't beat the pricing.

No complaints. I worry about the PCI compliance that it will be too hard to achieve, but somehow I get it done! Netcom is there to advise if I run into an issue and CardFellow assures me our rates are competitive...So we're good.

Good, but forced to purchase new terminal after a year for upgrade. It should have been provided, considering the amount of transactions we do.
