Our previous processor deposited funds next day which makes bookkeeping much easier. With Netcom it is taking several. (I may be ignorant about who exactly is causing this delay). Also, cannot disable American Express with Netcom. Rates are too high for our particular transaction amounts, but that is industry wide, not necessarily particular to Netcom. Tammy Hagerty has been incredibly helpful, patient, and dependable. If it weren't for her, we probably would have switched back to our previous processor on a couple of occasions.

Low rates in PCI industry. Should provide individual transaction charges. Should also improve chargeback notification and handling process .

I only give them low customer service rating because the processor/administrators they use have a luke warm customer service. Netcom itself is great in what they do to take care of you. But your team is only as strong as the weakest link.
