I'll just keep it short and say, since signing up with Netcom, a dark cloud above our head had been removed. We'd like to thank Tammy Haggerty for helping us from start to finish, and Ben Dwyer for creating such a great site for small business owners. Update 3/31/2017: I'm wondering when w'll be allowed to choose between debit and credit on chipped debit cards? Some of these cards don't have a DEBIT logo and I'll insert the chip and it'll say it's a Visa debit on the sales draft. It's frustrating having to use signature when PIN is available. Using PIN gives me peace of mind knowing they can't file a chargeback and also the benefit of the lower rates no matter how insignificant it may be between a debit sig or pin. Edit: I posted this from May, 2016: "How can we get a US common aid programmed into the VX520 terminal so that we can choose to route EMV debit cards to a debit network instead of the global network?"

They have been super to work with. I love it when banks will call to challenge my rate with Netcom. They will tell me how they are the lowest around. So I proudly give them the statement. Then they hang their head, hand the statement back and admit defeat. They can't come close. I would highly recommend this company.

We experienced some startup problems on our end which were solved promptly by Netcom, specifically Tammy Hagarty. The rates we are experiencing with Netcom are around 50% of the charges we had with B of A, which is what they estimated when we changed processors. Good company, good service, good rates .

I signed up with Netcom this past December and have had a good amount of dealings with them. My main contact was Tammy. She has been very responsive to my needs. She had to step in twice when I had issues with my card company. The first time was when my new credit card machine wouldn't program, and the second was when the processor (NPC) forced me to purchase a $299.00 PCI compliance program I was initially told would not be required. Both times she was able to fix the issues I had not been able to fix myself. As for the savings promised, I don't think it has been quite as much as my initial estimate indicated, but I can definitely say I have saved a little over 1% a month over the last 6 months. Based on my card volume that keeps an extra $3000 a year in my pocket instead of with my old processor who proved themselves to be dishonest rip off artists many times over the past 3 years. All considered, I have been quite pleased with the service I have received from Netcom, and wish I learned of them years ago. S.D Bakery Owner / Louisville, Ky.
