Software in machine was reversing transactions. Not fixed 8 months later. ard processor they use holding 10+% of my deposits for reserve. Netcom said they would call back with an explanation. Two weeks later still waiting. Happened twice now. Canceling service and using CardFellow to find a new one.

I do apologize if you did not receive the email in regards to the transactions in question. I am having this investigated to find out why some of your transactions have not been deposited due to Fraud Risk. I will send you another email in a few minutes to update you. Again, I hope you allow Netcom the opportunity to get to the bottom of this and correct the issue. Thank you, Tammy.
