Tammy Haggerty at Netcom PaySystem responded quickly and patiently answered all of my questions befored the contract was signed. Then, and more importantly, when a couple of issues occurred,Tammy respnded quickly and offered solutions that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Netcom PaySystem for their customer service, low costs and the online access to our account activity and statements. Netcom and Tammy Haggerty are great! My thanks to CardFellow and Ben for steering me their way. She is always helpful and supportive. I am, however, less happy with Clearent.

Excellent customer service; very willing to help. Statements are very confusing... more so than other companies I've done business with in the same industry. Fortunately CardFellow will help us decipher them.
