We switched to Netcom Paysystem in mid February, so have been with them 2 1/2 months. Making the switch from our very expensive card processor to Netcom was handled very smoothly and all monthly fees have been exactly as quoted. The online merchant portal is really easy to navigate and the telephone help has been good as well. Special thanks to Tammy Hagerty who answered all our many questions and did a great job setting up our account.

I have been accepting credit cards for at least 12 or 13 years now. I've used my share of merchant processors over those years. I can say without hesitation that Netcom is the BEST company to deal with. They are very quick to respond and very helpful plus their rates are the best, hands down. For a small business owner like me, I can't tell you how much I appreciate those excellent rates and their excellent customer service. They've exceeded my expectations. I went back and forth with Tammy quite a few times trying to make sure she understood what I needed. She always responded promptly, but after setting up the system (VPOS plugin with QuickBooks in a MOTO environment) and using it a couple times, I've come to the conclusion she didn't really take the time to understand my needs and make sure the Netcom solution did the job. The solution doesn't have a way to vault store the customer card number for auto retrieval so I have to manually enter the card number each time. This was something I specifically said we needed since we have many repeat customers. The second day I used the plugin, it didn't retrieve the customer name and address from QB properly, and after calling tech support, I found the plugin isn't specifically supported with the version of QB that I have, so they couldn't help me. I think they said its supported up to QB 2010. So I'm kind of frustrated and disappointed.
