Netcom PaySystem Review

I have been using Netcom PaySystem since February 2014. I'm very grateful to have found a reputable company that actually delivers on what they say. (By my experience this so rare in the credit card processing spectrum.) Tammy is awesome - she helped me transition to their system seamlessly. Netcom PaySystem consistently saves me a lot of money on my processing fees and I couldn't be more pleased with their service and professionalism. What a great company to work with - I'm a customer for life!!! Thank you!!!

Phone support is great. Overall service is excellent. Annoying that passwords expire so often. It will be interesting to see how that works with Last Pass when I have a chance to try it out.

I only wish I had known about both CardFellow & Netcom PaySystem when I first became Treas. several years ago! You have saved our small business from being bankrupted by our former processor's never ending fees. Thank you!

I have nothing to compare it to but so far so good. I'm happy with their service and it is reassuring that CardFellow continues to recommend them.

Overall, I am very happy with Netcom. I have had several instances where there have been unsuccessful batches or a problem with a transaction capture that I noticed when I went online to look at daily settlements. In each instance, the problem was easily taken care of by a call to a friendly customer service person, and was taken care of right away. The rates are great, and I really appreciate the excellent, friendly customer service. Previously I had processed with the same company for 18 years and I can say that Netcom blows them away in all facets. I do not see myself processing with anyone else anytime soon.
