We have been with NTC for 12 years, and I cannot think of a time that they have not been immediately responsive to our needs. They are a local company, so that makes it easier to receive the prompt attention that they always provide. Furthermore, as technology changes, they are quick to make sure we are using the most up to date equipment and software, as well as ensuring we are meeting regulatory standards. Theirs is a long term relationship that we appreciate and value in today's market, as customer service is never an issue with this company. We would highly recommend them.

We used NTC Texas’ services to accept donations for a local campaign and were absolutely impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were there every step of the way helping us understand the technology and rates. We did very little heavy lifting when setting up our account and their training was top notch. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for an honest company that goes above and beyond for its clients.

We switched one of our client organizations from another credit card processor to NTC Texas last year and it couldn't have gone better. The payment processing software offered by NTC is incredibly secure and easy to implement in our call center environment and with our credit card by mail processing facility. The data integrity and competitive processing fees have saved our client thousands of dollars per month. NTC's client support team helped us all along the way with training and support calls to transition our client's team to the new credit card processing software in a timely manner.
