Fees are very high, far more than with the company my bank was using. I switched because I was using Ultracamp software and they cut a deal with them I guess, gas me a speech about how great they were etc., so I switched. I'm now paying more like 3.7% min a month when you find the effective rate. Zero Chargeback support, you'll have to insist they help because basically they just want to say "deny" and hang up. RUN away, find anyone else.
