This Company is absolute garbage. They hold your money for weeks while promising to deposit the funds everyday, all while giving you attitude about it. My business has been severely disrupted by these clowns. Also, they randomly deduct hundreds of dollars from your bank account for unexplained reasons all while holding your money. Highly discourage anybody using their "services."

Many hidden fees. Do not help with PCI compliance. Charges $495 early termination fee but they do not mention it when they sign you up. It's probably hidden somewhere in the contract and although they might win the argument in court it is a shady way to do business and build trust nonetheless.

Please stay away from this Company. They are the worst and I have dealt with dozens of processors in my past. I have been battling them for 2 months, they made us open a new merchant account, they don't respond to my emails for updates, when they do respond they need 10 more pieces of information, they take a week to get back to me and they are holding my money during this entire period. Horrible!

I wish I would learn to read more reviews. This is the worst company to do business with. The tool they give you to use did not work and then they charged me over $800 in fees before I caught it. They even stopped sending statements maybe so I would not see it. Never trust this company. I asked for fees back and they said if we did that we would have to charge you a cancellation fee OMG!

Stay very far from this sham of a company. They will quote one number and charge another. No customer service whatsoever. They keep charging a $70 fee on my account despite agreeing to remove it and refund the past amounts. You have been warned.

We used Paysafe for years. As you have read, they have the WORST customer service. No one ever answers the phone and are only available by email, not answering for days. At one point they stopped depositing ACH for 3 months with NO NOTICE just because the depositing account had not been changed or updated in so long. Why would it change? Its amazing when you really dig into your bill how they deceive you vs what they say they charge and what you pay when you add all 30 plus fees.

This company constantly has hidden fees and will screw you over in a heartbeat. Customer service (if you can ever get someone) is horrible. Rate seemed good until you get through getting hammered with everything and the times it takes to get it fixed is unreal. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

ZERO. Yes, not a 1 or a 2 but a ZERO for customer service. Can NEVER EVER get to a live person...NEVER! Fee rates too high, switched to another service provider. BYE NOW!

I have had Paysafe for over two years. Paysafe's rates have saved me thousands of dollars after I switched from Heartland. Their service has been outstanding.
