Deplorable. ZERO stars! Try this: go to the contact page and select chat or phone. Both loop back to the only actual contact method: email. There's no other option available. That alone will ruin your day if you try to reach out to someone for anything pressing. Prepare to receive a standard reply then get ignored for the rest of the day. They don't even bother to call when they say they will.

1. They decided to freeze our payout without making us aware. 2. All their customer support reps are like robots, you asked them a question, they have to look up the answer each time. 3. They put zero effort to improve customer experience, they do not give sh*t what they do to your business. My experience so far, completely worthless for small businesses. Nick

If you get a 1%+ chargeback rate, they will cancel your account and not give you a chance to migrate. Big waste of time and money. Avoid Stripe!

If you want to issue your customers a refund because they bought the wrong item or they change their mind, Stripe will keep 2.90% of every refund and transaction. If you have a high profit margin or don't allow refunds, maybe you are ok, but if your customer ever files a chargeback, Stripe will immediately deduct all payment, plus the 2.90% fee and the additional $15 chargeback fee. Stay away from Stripe!

Our very first transaction made through our Stripe account, they emailed us to say they were refunding the customer, GBP99. It's now 6 weeks since the payment left the payee's account, Stripe simply kept the payment, it did not come to us and Stripe have not honoured their word! This is not a professional company and they can not be TRUSTED! Would you let them handle GBP1000 or GBP10000 ... Stay away from these common thieves.

Too bad I did not read the reviews here first. After they confirmed our activity is within their approved business, we spent hours and money to get it integrated into our website. When the first transaction occurred, they changed their mind and stated we are high risk and suspended our account and ended all communication at the same time!

There are so many fraud charges. Even though I paid extra for their RADAR product, I still lost more than I made.

Stripe has withheld funds for 2 weeks and only notified me they were doing so immediately beforehand via email. They claim our website isn't in compliance because it doesn't specify prices in USD. It's a US website and has a $ in front of pricing, so I'm not sure how to remedy this. I have contacted them and the customer service (which is a joke) doesn't know what the problem is, when someone will contact me, or what I can do to fix it. Ridiculous

Stripe closed my account saying my business was high risk. It has been holding my funds for 120+ days. There is no support and Stripe won’t return emails.
