Customer service was awesome - Candice Shelton. I asked a million questions and Candice was very responsive, knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. I was starting to annoy myself with all the questions about credit card fees, etc. but she was awesome. TSYS was not the cheapest but they were right there with the cheapest and sometimes price is not the only thing to consider. We will still cut our trans. fee, etc. bill in half. Very happy with them.

It took us two months to get our terminals to get started. I have to say that customer service is extremely poor and the terminals we have turns freezes often and its frustrating.

We try to get equipment out to merchant asap and based on limited communication from you during the set up process the timing was delayed. You rep Wade's phone number is available if you need anything corrected and he is very fast to respond. If your equipment is having some issues, please call in and troubleshoot as most issues on terminals are network/connection related. Thank you for the opportunity to correct these challenges that you are experiencing. Thanks Team TSYS
