Sales rep Wade was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.Sign up process was quick and everything was well explained. After 2 months the fees are low and saving us quite a bit. However when contacting customer service for help resolving settlement issues there are long hold times (typically 15 to 30 minutes), service reps are not well trained and not very interested in resolving your issues.

we as sales reps strive to serve our clients the best we can. Our company has invested in growing our Customer Service staff to lower the hold times during peak times (the first week of the month), due to the amount of people who want to have us walk through their statement. Our average hold times for a customer in the month of September was less then 2 min. If you feel like you need something done faster then that, please call me directly. Blessings Wade Speelman

Wade has been a pleasure to work with. Our companies rely on Quickbooks to operate. We required a special solution to integrate an outside processor into Quickbooks without suffering any functionality loss. Wade and TSYS were able to integrate with Verosa in a few short days. The result is a seamless integration that works much better than the standard Quickbooks functionality offers. With QB, we were able to only charge one card at a time. With Verosa and TSYS, we are now able to charge all open invoices with a few simple steps. The initial setup was burdensome, as we had to re-enter credit card numbers to remain PCI compliant. However, with the time savings and massive cost savings, we were happy to make the switch away from Intuit Payment Processing. Intuit was unwilling to offer interchange rates and charged us the highest non-qualified rates on 70% of all transactions. By switching to TSYS, we are estimating a $6000.00+ yearly savings in merchant account fees as well as a major productivity improvement with the Verosa plugin. Thanks again Wade.
