Mr. Speelman helped our company through the entire process of obtaining processing. TSYS is a long standing company and all contact we have had as been professional and complete. The online access and virtual terminal work very well. There may be less expensive processing solutions, but with TSYS you get experience and excellent customer service.

We were using a card machine in the office to process credit cards, but decided to switch to a PC-based solution. TSYS (specifically our rep, Wade) walked us through the process and made sure everything was working well. I could not imagine the transition being any easier. I would highly recommend TSYS to anyone considering a Merchant solution.

We've only been set up with TSYS for a few weeks but everything looks great so far. Wade assisted us with the setup which was quite easy, and we also had a TSYS rep guide us through the online app (which is also very nice to use). Reconciliation from gateway through bank account is super simple and the rates appear to be exactly as quoted. Before I signed on I also called TSYS a few times just to see how long it would take to get to a live person and it was always very fast to get through to an intelligent rep.
