Wade (our representative) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. He explained all the rates and fees. Their virtual terminal is very user friendly and Wade and the customer service team are very quick to answer all of our questions. They got our account up and running very quickly with no issues or hold ups.
