To make a very long story short make sure they show you 100% all the features they claim their system has before you do pay a dime. Based on their reputation and size we, unfortunately, did as we gave them far too much credit. It was a bad sign when their own implementation manager stated when asked how he thought things were going and he said a 5 out of 10. Every week during the calls we had questions about the system which only certain specialists could answer and they were all working in the UK in a different time zone. The right hand didn’t know what the left hand and body were doing most of the time. It took us about 3 weeks to get someone to get back to us about how to hook up the hardware. We're now about to engage in a legal battle since we were promised a single-detached home but got a build a kit garage plus they claimed in writing that they would be able to offer an all-in-one solution only to find out several weeks into it that there are many glaring problems with the software and they would need to do some customizing to it in order to meet our needs months later. For a company of their size and scope you would think they would do the right thing and simply refund us our money since it's not the right solution for us as their sales team way oversold the system as the CEO indicated that we should not have been sold the POS. But nope, instead they are playing the contract card, even though a portion of the money we paid to them was done so a year in advance for the 2nd year of support which we're not going to use. Simply put, you don't need a contract for anyone to tell you what is ethical but apparently, they do. Don't make the mistake that we made and pay them anything until you see everything in action. The takeaway from all of this is bigger is not better and don’t trust a company regardless of size to do the right thing as one that has no ethics and values don't care.

The Brightpearl tablet POS system offers portability (for line busting, taking to tradeshows, and more) while still providing features like inventory management.
