Exatouch Review

Many of the features don't work or have software bugs (The system has lots of bugs), and the hardware keeps failing. In a multi-system setup, if the main machine fails, non other will work, and believe me the hardware fails a lot. The tech support is undertrained and rude. Stay away from this beast.

It's great cause I can call one phone number for all. No monthly or yearly support fees. Great processing rates too!

Exatouch has plenty of features, including inventory management, payments, and customer management. The system isn't compatible with all processors, though.
