RPower has several features specifically designed to make hospitality services that much easier. Due to the number of features, we’ve broken them down into three main sections: Payments, order management, and business management.
You can integrate RPower POS with many payment processing providers. Though the company lists Vantiv as a preferred integrated processor, it clearly states that it can work with other processors as well.
RPower works directly with processing platforms or via third-party payment gateways, letting you accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. The company also lets customers use codes from the receipts you print to immediately pay via their smartphones, giving customers more flexibility in choosing how they want to pay.
The software allows you to gather customer details so you can provide a loyalty program and discounts. It will automatically track how much they’re spending and point balances, and then allow you to apply their loyalty points towards any purchases. Points and cash balances can be tracked via swipe card, bar code, account number, credit card, phone number, or email.
You can develop loyalty and frequent diner programs, sell gift cards that work at any location, provide promo cards and coupons, and offer a debit or prepaid program. This allows development of special programs including school cafeterias, restaurants located in business campuses, and meal subsidy programs.
