Terrible service. 1 out of 5 stars because 1 out of 5 guys know what they're talking about. I've literally had to undo some of the mistakes they claim to not have made at least 7 times throughout the years. Very unreliable service, unreasonable prices. I've used them for 10+ years and they've gotten worse. Charge more but give less. Super basic options and nowadays I have to wait 2-5 days to get a hold of technical support...and they still barely know their own job. Ditch Sunlync.

If I could give Zero starts I would. Sales team told me the product could do things it could not do. Start using the kiosk feature and it breaks ALL THE TIME. I lost SO MANY customers over the lack of reliability. To make it worse, the tech team either wasn't capable or just didn't want to figure out what was wrong. Sold the business, terminated my contract with them, and then the next month they bill me again and then refuse to fix the billing mistake!! Disaster - AVOID AT ALL COST!

The software is very outdated and very expensive for what they have to offer. They offer no social media links and every time you need to do any sort of email mailing you have to basically go through technical support which is also another hour wait time. I have used it for years and now switching to helios or tantrax. Billing is also very rude and offer little to no support.

As the name implies, SunLync is designed for tanning salons, so it has features that salon owners will find helpful. A bed-management features tells you quickly which tanning beds are in use and which are available, for example. Plenty of good options for tanning businesses.
