Had an account with this company for years, tried to cancel by calling was unable to get a hold of anyone. They made a simple process a bit of a nightmare. They are kind of nobodies in the merchant world and they make a mess of things. Keep looking for a merchant, these are not the people you want unless you want trouble.

Procharge has been unable to sync to QB since the end of December. I have been in contact with my account manager and the technical support team at least a dozen times and ProCharge has still yet to solve the problem.... almost 3 months later. We are a small business and invoicing is taking 3 times as long going through your virtual terminal. Also, Procharge is duplicating invoices and payments in Quickbooks. I am going to start looking for another POS system to use. I was searching for a place to leave a review about the service, fortunately for you I havent found a place to do so. I do hope that someone at ProCharge has a customer retention department that can get with the Engineering department. Very dissatisfied customer of years.

This reader can't take the new EMV chip credit cards, and you have to use ProCharge for processing. Might be worth shopping around for a chip-capable reader.
