Most important to me is the customer service. When I call, they answer quickly and are courteous to explain to me in terms that I understand. Our small nonprofit is saving money which is a big help to our business.

First Data is good. I think their web site for viewing reports is difficult. My service rep (Oz) generally responds well. 06/16/15 Update: Website for reports has gotten better.

While the machine that they requested I purchase has the physical capability to process chip cards, it does not yet have the software (after more than a year!)
