Update 4/10/17: I've tried reaching my contact with FirstData for 3 months with no response to resolve an issue I've been having. Rates are still second to none, but the support being offered is hit and miss (mostly miss.) I was having some issues with fees that were being charged to my account. I tried many things on my own, which got me no progress. I finally contacted Oz, who helped me get things taken care of. Since the last time I've posted this review, I have reached out for support several times -- for my calls to go unreturned. I'm not quite sure what happened, because Oz has been pretty spot on for me in the past. The rates are still incredible, but the support has dropped off a little bit.
