I can't describe how very good this merchant service is. First let me talk a little about my business and merchant history. I have a Scandinavian bistro in phoenix Arizona. I had Wells Fargo as my merchant services, I was paying a little over 4% with them. You would think i would get some kind of service with that, but no - abysmal service and high fees, mainly for being on their tiered payment plan. This year I am expanding my bistro and I decided to do some financial spring cleaning if you will, and after much researching I found CardFellow. This website seems almost too good to be true but it's not. I learned a bunch of things related to my merchant services from the guy at CardFellow. Anyhow Osman from first data won the auction and I went with him. He gave me a rate that was close to half of what I paid to Wells Fargo. To top that, the customer service is excellent. Whenever I call him he picks up, or calls me back, never again am I stuck on hold on some 1-888 number. He is very knowledgeable and pretty much answers any questions you have straight up. Great service and accessibility with Oz! Glad I found Cardfellow.

Oz has been excellent to work with. It has been refreshing to find a trusting business partner like Oz in an industry full of businesses just trying to hustle their piece of the action. Ben with CardFellow was great to arrange the intro.

I wanted to wait a couple of months before I posted a review to be sure things would work out. Well, I am very happy! First off, Ben from CardFellow was very helpful, down to earth, and he made things very clear. I am just upset with myself for not switching sooner because the savings have been significant. I had B of A as our processing 'middleman'...and wow! The difference in fees is crazy!! We chose First Data because we had just gotten a new First Data terminal so it made sense to stick with them; even though they weren't necessarily the 'cheapest' option in our list of 'choices'. That said, I have absolutely no regrets! Oz, our rep at First Data has been great. I have had a few minor issues in the 'switch over' to which he always replied to my emails the same day and resolved them quickly without making me feel like a pest. Overall, the whole change over process went pretty easy. I hate change...but this change was one of the best things I have ever done for our small business. Thanks to Ben...and Oz! I think I now have the best rates possible. And, I now have Oz at First Data to act as my advocate...something I never had when dealing with Sam's Club's First Data plan. First Data's method of 'split' billing different charges to different months makes reading the statements impossible. For example, when I canceled my previous Sam's Club First Data plan and switched to my new First Data Plan with Oz, I continued to get billed for 3 months after I stopped using the Sams Club account for various fees that were 'delayed' until other months. Then my first bill on the new plan was an incomplete picture because many of the fees do not show up until the following month. I am willing to deal with it though for the great rates I am now getting. :)

I could not be more pleased. We are a brand new business and very small, and Oz got us terrific rates on our processing. There was never a hitch getting things set up. We bought a used terminal online and still received 50 rolls of free paper from FirstData. Rates and fees are as promised - nothing hidden - and our transactions are clearing the next day. First, let me begin by sharing that I am very satisfied with the services provided by Oz and First Data for our merchant account. Oz and CardFellow made the process very easy. Over the 20+ years in our business, this has been the most pleasant experience in establishing a new merchant account. In this day and age, it is very unusual to find companies that even deliver what they promise, let alone consistently over deliver! We not only saved substantial money switching from our previous merchant, our Account Executive, Oz Chaudhary, is easy always available and gets back to us with any questions almost immediately.
