There are literally so many things I could write here but let me just say if you want your money to stay in your bank account, do NOT use this company. If you’d like ease of understanding the process, DO NOT use this company. Absolutely awful experience. -200/10.

They have a lot of hidden fees. We lost more money with this company. Don't trust.

This company is literally scamming me at this point forcing me to pay for a lease that I never signed nor consented to. Their sales rep clearly lied to my face about the lease as he said the system was free.

Riverside Payments is a nightmare. I trusted them as they had a local rep but he soon left them. You don't know what they are charging you for. You can't track the transactions or charges. The salesman said they were a one-stop & no other services needed. B.S.! We get billed from 3 or 4 different sources every month. I spent hours on hold. Customer service has no clue! Months after canceling we are still getting debited multiple times each month.

Worst business decision I've ever made was to join riverside payments. Nothing but problems and pulling teeth to get out of business with them. Extremely slow customer service, hidden fees, lease only option for equipment with a 4 year contract and a huge fee to cancel. Cannot recommend. Avoid at all costs

This local guy is a true scammer. He's told businesses no contract but then sells them into a lease; charging them $150 per swiper... when they try to cancel... they lease company wanted $150 x 3 years! At one point, he even forged a dentist's signature to get the deal. Until the dentist complained and threatened criminal charges, they finally let him out of the lease agreement. What a scammer. The company later promoted this guy. These people are crooks!

We used Riverside Payments for a year at one of our businesses and were very happy with both service and price. Because we were so happy with this company, we began using them for all of our business locations. On phone support is exceptional!

1 star is too many! This has been a horrible experience with nothing but empty promises and lies. My ex didn't hurt me this bad. It's like dealing with a used car salesman. Nothing they promised has happened. Lots of hidden fees.

I have once again had occasion to deal with Robyn Ruiz in Customer Support at Riverside Payments, and I have once again been impressed by the speed and quality of her customer service. She responded to my request almost immediately in a most courteous, friendly, competent and professional manner. As a customer in the service business (restaurants), I recognize and appreciate exceptional service, which is what Robyn provides consistently.

Well where do I start... If you love fighting for everything this company promised and doesn’t come close to delivering, you’re in the right place. This company has mastered the magical trick of sleight of hand...they tell you one thing and when you get your statement you’re in total shock. You are expecting to save the amount they promised and then you have to call them every month. Their company rep analyzes your total statement including Amex in their rate review. The fixed rate was supposed to be 2.2% of your gross charges. When I got my statement it came out to be in the 3% range. When you call to say that this was your rate promised they tell you to read the fine print. They then say Amex was not included, which is bull cause their rep took a total of all my charges including Amex to show all the money on total gross. He used the Amex to build up the gross sales so they could show you more savings then when they say Amex was not included in your gross savings you came up with a much bigger rate you are paying. They use the Amex both ways to show you more gross savings and in their very fine print to say Amex was not included which now costs you much more then you signed up for. Then when I stopped taking Amex to get their fees down they still charged me about the same rate as I was paying. They are total liars and you can’t believe a word they say. If you do sign up with them just hold on to your wallet.
