RB Control Systems Review

Having seen RB Controls for many years at various trade shows, we decided to bite the bullet and invest over 5K in this program. Less than two months into going live with it, we are pulling the plug, and going back to QuickBooks POS. This program is so full of problems, we would rather take a huge financial hit now then get any deeper into it. The sales presentation made it sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread, but for every problem we sat on hold for tech support for, 5 others presented themselves. DON'T GET THIS SOFTWARE!!!...You will regret it I guarantee.
