It's simple. Netcom PaySystem does what they promise to do, at the rates they offer, with every detail clearly spelled out and with customer service that can't be topped. I have "needed" to change providers due to merging with another business...but I refused. Netcom took me on when I was new. Staying with them is good business - and makes me feel good about my choice, too!

Customer service for things like terminal support is good, for any inquires regarding charges/fees the reps are ill trained to answer majority of the questions, if the initial rep could not satisfactorily help, upon asking for a supervisor it is always that they will call back within 48 hrs and the call back is never received. For chargebacks it is very frustrating that you cannot talk directly to the people that make decisions to explain the situation and also that when a customer initiates a chargeback even though the charge is later confirmed the merchant is still charged $25.

I had my processing done by a large company through my bank here in CA and had several really irritating problems with them related to "garbage fees" that they imposed on my account. Then they informed me that the new chip card hardware was going to cost $2K! Luckily I had read about CardFellow in the newspaper and found Netcom PaySystem through their system. I have been most pleased with the rates and the service provided by my sales rep Tammy has been outstanding. I am a person who questions every charge on my account, through hard experience, and she has answered every question I've put to her. 5 stars, highly recommended!
