This company is a SCAM! Representative after representative has told me that they would be refunding a fee. This started over 3 months ago with several phone calls and a run around. On Nov 18th they promised me a $99 refund, I called back on Jan 2nd that it had still not been refunded, for them to tell me that because I wished to close the account they would not process the refund. Really? And why do you think I want to close the account?

You'll need an account with an Elavon-compatible company to use this gateway, but it does offer great options like a virtual terminal and recurring billing.
