PayPal Payflow Review

Was great in the past, but now just a money grabbing cast of chaotic bankers. They love it when you lose a customer dispute because they charge you at least $20.00 per dispute (win or lose). You will always lose, even when you customer contacts them or the credit card issuer to validate a transaction they didn't recognize. You lose your product, your payment + the $20.00 dispute fee. They run you through the paperwork circle just to keep you busy for three months until they ALWAYS rule the dispute against you. Thankfully, my customers always give me another card for payment when they realize what is happening, but Paypal still gets your $20 dispute fee. I know more about merchant processing than Paypal Payflo does. I've done it for 20 years.

I have been with PayPal flow for 4 years. Now I will be looking for another gateway. there is more trouble with PayPal then it is worth, not to mention all the repeat paper work they want you to fill out and send. I've spent more time with PayPal then I did on my business. Time to change.

I will give a negative if it is available. They have no responsibility with regards to the authenticity of the card owner. You can basically enter any address and name as long as you have the card number. When chargeback occurs, you lose your products, shipping fees and to add insult to injury, PAYPAL will charge you a FEE (a fee for collecting fraudulent funds!!!) Why should they care anyway? They make money both ways, your Paypal fees if a real transaction or even higher if the transaction is fraudulent. Take your business elsewhere.
