Restaurant Maid Review

It is waste of money. DO NOT BUY, unless you want to waste your time and money. I purchased it and have no use of it. Not many features come with it. It doesn't even have vendor "Pay out" features. I contacted CSR, so rude asked me to produce proof of purchase, I sent them the invoice, then started babbling other stuff instead of helping me with the issue of their software. Finally, I was told to get assistance somewhere else. I had to buy a better one, and this one is a total waste. I would call it is a scam POS, never buy this product, unless you want to get ripped off.

One of the biggest drawbacks to Restaurant Maid is that it can only be used with a limited number of processors, which really cuts down on the ability to shop for good pricing for processing, or to switch processors in the future if necessary.
